Daydreamer to Doer: How Kai Pitt-Richardson Brought the Reset Reload Vision to Life

💡“You have an idea, an idea that can change everything…”

That’s how I opened my talk at the North East Expo. Little did I know, those words would land exactly where they needed to… with Kai Pitt-Richardson.

This is the story of how Kai, the visionary CEO of Reset Reload, took inspiration from my talk and turned a swirling daydream into a crystal-clear visual system for his business...

A Chance Reunion, a Timely Spark

Kai and I first met seven or eight years ago at a business event. Fast forward to the North East Expo, where he attended my From Chaos to Clarity: The Magic of Visual Clarity talk. 

We reconnected afterward, when Kai booked a BIPC Expert appointment to explore how I could help him visualise his offering. We discussed how VisionMapping, VisualDoodles and Daydream & Doodle Day could all be of benefit, bringing ideas to life in various ways.

That conversation became a full-circle moment, which was unexpected and amazing!

In my talk, I shared the importance of shifting your mindset from “How?” to “Who?” when it comes to making ideas happen. 

I also spoke about the Power of Three - a simple yet magical way to create clarity and momentum.

Inspired by our conversation, Kai revisited the business mission through a fresh lens. He recognised the three core pillars of Reset Reload:

• Happy Players. 
• Happy Community. 
• Happy Founders.

This simple realisation took him back to when we first met at a visual marketing event about mapping out your system.

Back then, Kai didn’t have a visual system.

Now, he saw the value in creating one. 

“You inspired me to go away and think about how I can describe what Reset Reload does in one picture. That’s created a whole new narrative for us, and given me a clear vision of what I need to focus on.” - Kai Pitt-Richardson 

Within days of my talk, Kai had created a visual representation of Reset Reload.

This graphic tells the business story and how everything is interlinked. It clarifies the process and gives him a tool to communicate the mission in a visually accessible way. 

Daydreamer to Doer, The Power of Taking Action

What struck me most was Kai’s immediate action. With this new found clarity, in less than a week, he went from daydreaming ideas to doing the work… bringing his business vision to life in a tangible, visual way.
